Shipping service provider

Depending on the country of the delivery address, different shipping service providers are available. We work with UPS, DHL and Deutsche Post. For all shipping methods we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery.

Shipping insurance

All packages shipped by UPS or DHL are insured. If you choose the shipping method POST (no insurance), the package is not insured. If the package gets lost on the way, we will not cover the loss. At checkout you can always select at least one shipping method with insurance.

Shipping Costs for Germany

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of 3,95 euros per order for delivery within Germany. The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax. Since the VAT on the shipping flat rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher in the process, only lower in your favor.

For digital content (e.g. e-tickets, etc.) there are no shipping costs.

Shipping Costs for the Rest of the World

The shipping costs for all other countries are displayed in the shopping cart system and on the order page as soon as the corresponding country has been selected for delivery. For delivery to a country within the European Customs Union, the shipping prices include the legally required VAT. For deliveries outside the European Customs Union, the prices do not include VAT. Depending on the country either DHL or UPS will be used for shipping. The corresponding service provider is indicated in the shopping cart, resp. in the checkout area.

Delivery Time

We want to make sure that you get your desired surf apparel delivered as fast as possible. As we are still a very small team we can’t ensure a super fast handling, especially during busy times. We appreciate your understanding. Your package is being sent out within 5 working days after payment.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days after you received your order. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods and the associated customs clearance costs. Though we will take care of shipping costs if faulty or defective item were sent. Just get in contact with us. Refunds will be made within 15 working days.

Shipping Issues

Please understand that there are some countries where we can’t guarantee that your order will arrive. Also, we want to inform you that in some countries your order might get delayed in customs, and you might have to pay a handling fee. Please make sure you get informed about your local shipping and customs situations before you order.

Order weight

One piece of Oy surf apparel weighs approximately between 100 and 200g. Packaging material adds up another 100g. A normal order of bikinis weighs mostly less than 1 kg.
