Because it is so nice every year, we'll open our Surf & Yoga Retreat for another week in 2024. Again, we’re teaming up with Oy Ambassador Andréa to host a retreat for a maximum of ten to twelve guests in southern Portugal’s beautiful Algarve. Whether you are new to surfing and yoga or already confident in the water and on the mat, this week is specially designed to support you in your learning process. In addition to daily surf coaching with the TSE coaches, you’ll be enjoying yoga sessions, meditations and breathwork in a beautiful villa in Lagos. The large garden allows sunny yoga classes at any time of day and invites you to linger. We make sure that you are provided with a filling and healthy breakfast and dinner to get you through the day and to give you the energy you need. You can be sure to leave this retreat feeling empowered and refreshed, full of shared experiences that will be remembered!

For physical and mental preparation, Andrea offers a 2-week online course before the retreat. 2 times per week of 25 minutes each. It is voluntary and recommended and is free of charge.

Andréa is a curious, creative and passionate woman, working as a yoga teacher and holistic events facilitator. Originally from France, she lived on four different continents for over three years, primarily to experience other cultures. A few years ago, she settled on the beautiful Canary Island of Fuerteventura, which she now calls home. She finds her calling in creating a space where she can guide others to their true selves and higher vibrations, and has a powerful way of expressing herself in words and through movement on and off the mat. Let yourself get inspired by her passion for the ocean and Mother Nature too.
